Overcash is a Mortgage Consultant and Trainer that has a passion for helping people obtain their dream homes and in making a difference in their lives. With over 24 years experience in the mortgage industry, Cathryn’s credibility is well-known among her peers and she is highly respected in the Realtor arena. When it comes to the mortgage business Cathryn has seen it, done it and taught it. Cathryn specializes in FHA and VA home loans and in 2007 started a company called “Learning the Basics.” Hundreds of experienced and inexperienced loan officers have attended her classes. Her expertise in the “govie” area has made her a sought-after and highly regarded trainer. Although Cathryn still originates government loans, she is dedicated to the mortgage industry as a whole and is enthusiastic about teaching others. Her dedication to the industry knows no bounds. Cathryn lives in Mooresville, North Carolina with her husband, Gary, and their two children, Karli and Kelsey. She has five dogs and one cat and her favorite things to do are gardening and spending time with her family and friends. She is active in the Chamber of Commerce and in Life Groups at The Cove Church, where she attends with her family.
