Scott Green Teaching from personal experience as an attorney and real estate entrepreneur, Scott Green brings a legal expertise to the lending and real estate industries that is mandatory in today's marketplace. His goal is to demystify the 'legalese-speak' as well as provide tools, skills and insight necessary to navigate an increasingly litigious environment. In 1996, Scott co-founded a real estate firm in Charlotte, NC, that operated 6 offices in 2 states and employed over 100 people, handling over 20,000 real estate transactions. During this period Scott was a featured speaker at 11 national physician and nursing conferences sponsored by Mosby Co. His program, 'Avoiding the Courthouse Steps' always received the highest praise from the seminar participants. ln 2002, Scott founded Integrated Management & Consulting, Inc., a firm that concentrates on developing standards and practices (QA) for mortgage brokers and bankers. The firm also offers legal representation on civil claims/suits along with banking commission claims for brokers and lenders. ln 2002, Scott also became the legal counsel for a title insurance company that included performing risk analysis and evaluating and settling claims. In 2003, Scott founded Secured Title, LLC, a settlement service and title insurance company. This company serves all counties in NC for refinance transactions as well as the Charlotte metropolitan area for purchase transactions. Scott has been married since 1998. He and his wife, Anita, have two sons, Austin and Alex. They live in Matthews, NC.
