Abacus Mortgage Training and Education for your fundamentals
education. Our mission is not only to give you enough information to study
and pass your NC Commissioner of Bank's licensing exam, but to promote
the education and training of high-level, informed mortgage professionals.
To that end we offer our Online Supplemental Materials and Videos page.
Here you will find tools that can be used before and after your state exam.

To effectively use this page you will need the following tools:

1. Your user name and password
Your user name and password were emailed to you in your welcome letter
when you originally registered for class. If you do not have your user
name and password, please call us at 888-341-7767 or

If you have tried to gain access and received an error, please contact
our office to request an extension.

2. Your textbook
If you have not taken the course yet, the text is available to view
here as well; but if you have taken the course already you may want
to refer to your notes or make more notations as you use this page.
The text is over 200 pages, so it is best to have your textbook.

3. Your mortgage calculator
If you do not have a mortgage calculator it is important that you
purchase one. You will need it to take the state exam. Refer to
your welcome letter for specifics on which model we use in class.

4. Adobe Acrobat Reader
You will need this program to view any of the posted text files like
the textbook and math tutorials. If you do not have this free program
you can obtain it here.

5. Windows Media Player
You will need this program to view the video recordings of the course.
